The Modest Means Project, a shared program of the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education and the State Bar of Arizona, has a panel of attorneys willing to consider providing legal assistance with Appellate cases at a reduced cost of $75 per hour. AZ Law Help, www.AZLawHelp.org provides information and resources about legal issues, including information about agencies that provide free or discounted legal assistance. Individuals may apply for free or discounted legal services through Arizona’s Access to Justice Online Intake System, available at here or by calling 1.800.852.9075 or 1.866.637.5341. The availability of services from a particular agency may be subject to income or other eligibility requirements as well as priority areas.

THE COURT OF APPEALS PRO BONO REPRESENTATION PROGRAM
On its own motion, the Court may assign a case involving a self-represented party to another program, the Court of Appeals
Pro Bono Attorney Matching Program
The Appellate Section of the State Bar of Arizona, the Volunteer Lawyers Program of the Maricopa County Bar Association, and the Modest Means Program of the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education operate a program by which indigent persons involved in family court and civil appeals are matched with volunteer lawyers for free or at a reduced rate.
