The conservator account forms are available in two formats - fillable PDF and Excel.  All you need to open the fillable PDF version is a free PDF reader software, such as Adobe.  You will need Excel software to open the Excel version.

If you complete the schedules and worksheets electronically, using either format, formulas are included to perform the required calculations and to automatically enter some information.  If you do not complete the forms electronically, you can print either the Excel version or PDF version to complete the form by hand.
