eFiling for Arizona State Courts

Pursuant to Administrative Orders, eFiling is mandatory for attorneys that are filing documents with the Arizona Supreme Court or the Court of Appeals, and exceptions to the mandate are defined within the Administrative Orders.
Pursuant to Arizona Code of Judicial Administration (ACJA) § 1-901, eFiling is mandatory for attorneys and legal paraprofessionals that are filing documents with the Superior Court, and exceptions to the mandate are defined within ACJA § 1-901.
