Customer Support
AOC Support Services provides customer support for the two statewide eFiling applications: eFileAZ and AZTurboCourt. The support team is ready to help with troubleshooting issues experienced when using one of the statewide eFiling applications and answering general procedural questions about eFiling. Before contacting the support team, please review the additional information and links to resources provided below.
For general information about how to use a statewide eFiling application, including registering a user account, view the eFileAZ training resources and the AZTurboCourt training resources.
For general procedural information and court forms visit the AOC’s Self-Service Center or AZCourtHelp.
For case-specific questions, contact the clerk of the court where the case is filed. To obtain contact information, use the AZ Courts Locator or view a list of the Superior Court Clerks.
The Clerk of the Court for the Superior Court in Maricopa County provides customer support for its local eFiling application that is used for criminal and juvenile cases. For information about Maricopa’s local eFiling processes or accessing copies of documents from the Electronic Court Record (ECR) application, view the Clerk’s efiling information page or contact the Clerk’s Office at (602) 372 - 5375.
The Court of Appeals, Division Two, provides all support for its eFiling application, e-filer. For assistance with e-filer, visit the Court's help page.
