Parent Education Program Information

Arizona law requires all parents of minor children, involved in a court case for dissolution, legal separation, or the establishment of paternity, legal decision-making, parenting time, and/or child support, to participate in the Parent Education Program. This program is designed to educate parents about the impact of divorce, the restructuring of families, and participation in the judicial system, on children.
