Subject:      Qualified Vendor Status Renewal / AOC Prequalification

This memorandum serves as notification to all AOC Full Procurement (agencies) Contractors that contracts will expire June 30, 2014.  To respond to the forthcoming CY14-15 Solicitation, ALL agency vendors must be administratively qualified through a national accreditation entity such as; The Joint Commission (TJC), Council on Accreditation (COA), Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facility (CARF) OR be administratively qualified through the Administrative Office of the Courts, Juvenile Justice Services Division (AOC/JJSD).

ATTENTION: AOC Agency Contractors with Qualified Vendor Status through the AOC Pre-Qualification process are required to renew their status by completing the AOC Qualified Vendor Status Renewal Application available here: QVS Renewal Application.

DISCONTINUED:  If you have discontinued your national accreditation or are planning to opt out of your national accreditation, please be advised that the agency is required to be administratively qualified through the AOC in advance in order to respond to the forthcoming CY14-15 Solicitation. All initial AOC Prequalification Applications must be submitted to the AOC no later than Friday, September 13, 2013. AOC Prequalification submissions after the deadline will NOT be accepted.
