The Provider Resource Guide is a service of JJSD. This guide is searchable by County and lists the AOC JJSD contracted vendors under contract within each County. This guide depicts the contracted vendors by city/town in an alphabetical format. NOTE: Prior to utilizing AOC-Contracted services, please check to see if the family's private insurance will cover services; the next avenue is to check the AHCCCS eligibility for your probationer/family. If eligible, AHCCCS will direct you to a provider in your area.
Select the appropriate County from the listing and the result will be a list of providers who have locations within that county, along with the services they provide. Also, you can find out more about each service, and the providers' intake/referral numbers when you access the providers from the Service Specification page.
NOTE: If no AOC-contracted providers are listed in your county, remember that all counties have an AHCCCS provider. In addition, some AOC-contracted providers have the capacity to travel and provide service in other counties where they do not have an office. For a list of those providers, click "Out-of-County". You can then call the intake/referral number to see if they may be able to travel to your area. As a reminder, any county may utilize an AOC-contracted provider without special AOC permission.
For the listing of AOC-contracted out-of-home care services (inpatient, residential, group homes and shelters), click "Statewide". The results for the statewide search are listed alphabetically by city/town.
The Resource Guide is updated monthly.
