Juvenile Online Tracking System (JOLTSaz)

JOLTSaz is Juvenile Online Tracking System, which encompasses a statewide juvenile probation and dependency management system. JOLTSaz, which was first implemented in 2013, is currently installed in fourteen juvenile courts and detention centers. In addition, there is currently an ongoing effort to receive data feeds from Maricopa's iCIS system, which will make JOLTSaz the data repository for all juvenile court information in Arizona.

What is JOLTSaz?

JOLTSaz is the juvenile case management system utilized by Pima and the 13 rural counties to track dependency and delinquency data. Data feeds from Maricopa's iCIS system are populated into JOLTSaz making JOLTSaz the statewide repository for juvenile data. This repository is used for cross county case management and reporting.

In Pima County, JOLTSaz is integrated with the Superior Court AGAVE system and the County Attorney's CAMMS system. Additionally, JOLTSaz data is populated into the Justice Tools system utilized by the Pima probation department.
