Juvenile Online Tracking System (JOLTSaz)

The JOLTSaz encompasses a statewide juvenile probation and dependency management system. JOLTSaz, which was first implemented in 2013, is utilized by Pima and the 13 rural counties juvenile courts, probation departments and detention centers. Data from the Legacy JOLTS system was converted intoo the JOLTSaz system for youth 23 years of age and younger at the time of conversion.

There is currently an ongoing effort to receive data feeds from Maricopa's iCIS system, which will make JOLTSaz the data repository for all juvenile court information in Arizona. This repository which will be fully populated by late 2023 is used for cross county case management and reporting.

In Pima County, JOLTSaz is integrated with the Superior Court AGAVE system and the County Attorney's CMMS system. Additionally, JOLTSaz data is populated into the Justice Tools system utilized by the Pima probation department.
