  • A total of 27,195 petitions were filed in FY 2009, a 5.9% decrease from the 28,906 petitions filed in FY 2008.
     
  • A total of 26,566 petitions were terminated in FY 2009, a 2.7% decrease from the 27,297 terminated in FY 2008.
