A "victim" means a person against whom a criminal offense has been committed and may include a minor. The victim may include immediate family if the person is killed or incapacitated unless that person is in custody for an offense or is the accused. ARS § 13-4401

The National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA) is a private, non-profit, organization committed to the recognition and implementation of victim rights and services. The organization was founded in 1975.
Address Confidentiality Program
The Address Confidentiality Program helps victims of domestic violence, sexual offenses, and stalking from being located by the perpetrator through public records. It provides a substitute address and confidential mail forwarding services to individuals and families across Arizona.
National Crime Victim Bar Association
The National Crime Victim Bar Association is a network of attorneys and allied professionals dedicated to facilitating civil actions brought by crime victims. Crime victims may be able to file civil lawsuits against perpetrators and responsible third parties for the damages the victim suffers as a result of the crime.
