April 23, 2024 / eFiling Requirements Codified as Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 1-901
To simplify the authority that defines the requirements for the electronic filing of court documents with the Superior Court or a limited jurisdiction court, AO 2024-63 was issued to adopt a new section of the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration, ACJA § 1-901. Only for Superior Court and limited jurisdiction courts, the new section replaces the various Administrative Orders that previously defined the electronic filing requirements and exclusions. All sections of the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration are available at https://www.azcourts.gov/AZ-Supreme-Court/Code-of-Judicial-Administration.
The new code section does not replace the Administrative Orders that apply to the electronic filing of court documents with the Court of Appeals or the Arizona Supreme Court. The current Administrative Orders that apply to the electronic filing of court documents with an appellate court will remain available at https://www.azcourts.gov/efilinginformation/eFiling-Administrative-Orders.
