Pro Hac Vice
An attorney who is not a member of the State Bar of Arizona, but who desires to appear as counsel in a case before a state or local court in Arizona (pro hac vice) must comply with Rule 39, Arizona Rules of the Supreme Court.
The completed pro hac vice form and the required fees must be mailed to: State Bar of Arizona, Pro Hac Vice, 4201 N. 24th Street, Suite 100, Phoenix, AZ 85016. For further information regarding the pro hac vice process, including the application and sample documents, visit the
