- A total of 3,311 original cases were filed in the court during FY 2010, an increase of 69.7% from the 1,951 cases filed in FY 2009.
- Of the FY 2010 cases filed, 3,148 were property tax actions, accounting for 95.1% of the total.
- A total of 1,924 cases were terminated, 406 or 21.1% by judgment.
- As of June 30, 2010, there were 2,750 cases pending in the tax court.
