- A total of 2,279 original cases were filed in the court during FY 2011, a decrease of 31.2% from the 3,311 cases filed in FY 2010.
- Of the FY 2011 cases filed, 2,144 were property tax actions, accounting for 94.1% of the total.
- A total of 2,630 cases were terminated, 698 or 26.5% by judgment.
- As of June 30, 2011, there were 2,100 cases pending in the tax court.
