Committee on Alternative Business Structures
The Committee on Alternative Business Structures was created in accordance with Administrative Order No. 2020-186. The Committee will review ABS applications for licensure under Arizona Supreme Court Rule 33.1 and Arizona Code of Judicial Administration section 7-209 and will make licensure recommendations to the Supreme Court.
To ensure compliance with the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 1-202 regarding public meetings, the meeting agenda, materials, and remote attendance information will be provided below at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
The “Call to the Public” portion of the agenda is provided for public comment. If you would like to address the Committee, send the following information to [email protected]:

The Chair will call the name of each person when it is time to speak. Each public comment is limited to 3-5 minutes.
