How to Apply for ABS Licensure

Arizona Code of Judicial Administration section 7-209 sets forth the regulatory and licensing structure for ABSs, effective January 1, 2021. The requirements of the ABS application process appear in Code section 7-209(E) and (G)(1).

The Certification and Licensing Division is accepting ABS applications by email to [email protected]. Applicants who have an application in progress online may complete and submit the online application. Payment may be made by check or money order, payable to “Arizona Supreme Court” and can be mailed or dropped off at: Arizona Supreme Court | 1501 W. Washington St., Ste 104 Phoenix, AZ 85007
