How to Apply for ABS Licensure

Arizona Code of Judicial Administration section 7-209 sets forth the regulatory and licensing structure for ABSs, effective January 1, 2021. The requirements of the ABS application process appear in Code section 7-209(E) and (G)(1).

The Certification and Licensing Division is currently accepting ABS applications by email to [email protected], regular mail or by drop-off. Payment may be made by check or money order, payable to “Arizona Supreme Court.” Applicants who have an application in progress online may complete and submit the online application.
