Fiduciary Board Information

The Fiduciary Board makes recommendations on issues pertaining to court appointed conservators, guardians, special administrators, and personal representatives. Membership includes public and private fiduciaries, judges, court administrators, attorneys and public members. The Board meets regularly to review applications for initial and renewal of certification, handle disciplinary matters, and review and address matters relevant to Fiduciaries.

To ensure compliance with the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 1-202 regarding public meetings, the meeting agenda, materials, and remote attendance information will be provided below at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting. The public may attend the meeting virtually or in-person.

The “Call to the Public” portion of the agenda is provided for public comment. If you would like to address the Board, send the following information to [email protected]:

The Chair will call the name of each person when it is time to speak. Each public comment is limited to 3-5 minutes.
