September 1, 2021 The Arizona Supreme Court is pleased to announce the Digital Evidence portal, which provides a standard online solution for the submission, management, and storage of court case exhibits. The portal offers an efficient and electronic method for sharing exhibits among judges, attorneys, and litigants during virtual and in-person court hearings. For qualifying cases, individual courts will invite participants to take part in the program, which includes 24/7 online access to case exhibits.

* Local court policy and the assigned judicial officer will determine whether the Digital Evidence portal will be used for a particular case.
