How do I create a user account for the Digital Evidence portal?
To create an account, visit https://digitalevidence.azcourts.gov/Account/Register.
The email address entered during the registration process will receive a verification email, which may take up to 15 minutes to be delivered. Please confirm that the verification email was not filtered into the junk/spam folder.
To activate the user account, click the link provided in the verification email. The link will expire after 48 hours.
How do I access my Digital Evidence cases?
To log in and view your case list, visit https://digitalevidence.azcourts.gov/Account/LogOn.
Each time a user logs in to the Digital Evidence portal, the View Case List screen will be displayed by default. The View Case List screen will display a list of all open/active cases that the user has been invited into.
Case access is typically provided by the court. The court will create a case in the Digital Evidence portal and will extend an invitation to case participants. Some case participants (such as attorneys) will have the capability to invite others (such as law office staff) into the case. Each time that a user is invited into a case, the user will receive an invitation email from [email protected], unless the user has updated thier Account Details to opt-out of receiving invitation emails.
