Consolidated Collections Unit

The Consolidated Collections Unit provides the tools for the enforcement of court orders while increasing collections for the Arizona court system per Administrative Order 2009-29 .

The Consolidated Collections Unit is responsible for assisting courts statewide with the enforcement of court orders through the collection of monetary sanctions including fines, fees and restitution.  Assistance is provided through two primary programs, the Debt Setoff Program (more commonly referred to as Tax Intercept Program (TIP)) and FARE (Fines/Fees and Restitution Enforcement).

Besides the state intercept program, a Federal Tax Intercept Program is being pursued in Congress to allow court delinquent debt to be intercepted along with other federal debt and child support.

Signed copies of the above administrative order can be obtained from the Arizona Supreme Court Clerk's Office for a fee of $.50 per page pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-119-01
