Legislative Report


When legislation is enacted, summaries and implementation impacts are provided. Updates are available by case category, court level, bills by house of origin, chapter number, and jurisdiction or as a single report.

Rules Impact Report


The Arizona Supreme Court adopts new court rules and rule amendments during its annual rules agendas. The rules summary document describes the potential impact of some of these rule changes.

Court Forms


Court forms are available on the Self-Service Center for various case types, such as family law, name change, criminal, probate and eviction. Spanish versions of these forms are available on El Centro de Autoservicio.
