Ad Hoc Committee on Rules of Evidence

The Ad Hoc Committee on Rules of Evidence was established by Chief Justice Rebecca White Berch on March 24, 2010.  See Administrative Order No. 2010-42.  The Committee is charged with comparing the Arizona Rules of Evidence to the proposed restyled Federal Rules of Evidence, identifying differences, and providing input to the Supreme Court regarding conforming changes.
