Proposed Ethics Opinions

Pursuant to Rule 42.1(h) proposed Ethics Opinions must be open for 90 days for public comment. After the public comment period ends, the Committee will review and consider all submitted comments.

For information on the Ethics Advisory Committee, refer to Arizona Supreme Court Rule 42.1.
