The attached provision is necessary to implement Section 7 of Chapter 286, Laws 2008, which is effective September 26, 2008 and authorizes the Supreme Court to increase the Class A and B filing fees established by A.R.S. §§ 12-119.01 and 12-120.31 for the appellate courts in Arizona.
