Child Support Guidelines Review Subcommittee (CSGRS)

The Committee on Family Court - Child Support Guidelines Review Subcommittee was established by AO 2026-54 to conduct the federally-mandated quadrennial review of the Arizona Child Support Guidelines (CSG). The Subcommittee shall conduct a technical review of the existing guidelines which shall:

  1. Consider economic and labor market data; the impact of guideline policies and amounts on custodial and noncustodial parents who have family incomes below 200 percent of the Federal poverty level; and factors that impact compliance with child support orders;
  2. Analyze case data on the application of and deviations from the child support guidelines, as well as the rates of default and imputed child support orders and orders determined using the low-income adjustment; and
  3. Provide a meaningful opportunity for public input, including input from low-income custodial and noncustodial parents and their representatives.

The Child Support Guidelines Review Subcommittee invites members of the public to provide feedback on the 2022 Arizona Child Support Guidelines. Public input will help inform the subcommittee’s future recommendations.
