eAccess FAQs
How do I access the eAccess application?
The eAccess website, https://www.azcourtdocs.gov/arizona/, is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Registration is required for all users. A valid email address, phone number, and credit card are required to register.
What information is available in eAccess?
Arizona Superior Court records, including documents, for civil and criminal cases that were filed on or after July 1, 2010. Except, Pima County criminal case records, including documents, are only available for cases that were filed on or after July 1, 2015.
For security and privacy, some cases and/or case information/documents will be excluded from eAccess.
What information is excluded from eAccess?
Court records from Arizona Superior Court for any probate, juvenile, or family/domestic case are not available through eAccess. To access case information for these case types, contact the Clerk of the Court.
Court records from an Arizona justice or municipal court are also not available through eAccess. To access case information for a justice or municipal court, please visit https://apps.supremecourt.az.gov/publicaccess/ or contact the court.
Within the civil and criminal case types that are available, some cases or documents are not available for remote electronic access, pursuant to Arizona Supreme Court Rule 123. Examples of exclusions include, but are not limited to, protective order cases, charging documents, and warrants. Additional information may be excluded if it is believed to contain sensitive information.
Is there a fee to view or download a document?
To view and download all pages of a document, there is a $10.00 fee. Alternatively, subscribing to a recurring monthly subscription will allow a specified number of documents to be downloaded each month. There is no fee to preview the first page of a document.
How do I access/view a document that I purchased?
A document will be available in your eAccess account for 24 hours from the time of purchase. For continued access to the document, it must be printed and/or downloaded within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
What types of subscriptions are available?

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. However, cancelling a subscription will not result in a refund, and the monthly document limit will be available through the end of the current billing cycle.
Can I change my subscription at any time?
Yes.
Downgrading a Subscription
When you downgrade your current monthly subscription:
1) Your recurring billing date will not change;
2) You will receive a full refund for the old subscription fee;
3) You will be charged in full for the new subscription fee; and
4) Until the next billing cycle, the number of documents available to download with the new subscription will be reduced by the number of documents obtained with the old subscription, if any.
If you already exceeded the document download limit for the new subscription, then you will not be refunded/charged and the downgrade/charge will occur at the start of the next billing cycle.
Upgrading a Subscription
When you upgrade your current monthly subscription:
1) Your recurring billing date will not change;
2) You will receive a full refund for the old subscription fee;
3) You will be charged in full for the new subscription fee; and
4) Until the next billing cycle, the number of documents available to download with the new subscription will be reduced by the number of documents obtained with the old subscription, if any.
Can I obtain a certified document from eAccess?
Yes, but your account must include the AOC Certified Access to Court Case Documents subscription. The fee is $39.00 per certified document.
Do all agencies accept electronically certified court documents?
No. Some agencies may require a certified copy that contains the court’s raised seal, which may be obtained by filing a records request with the appropriate Clerk of the Court. Before purchasing a certified document, please contact the agency to determine whether they will accept an electronically certified document.
