Judge Jeffrey Bergin
Honorable Jeffrey T. Bergin is the Associate Presiding Judge for the Superior Court in Pima County, and since his appointment in 2011, has served as presiding judge of the family court and civil court and served as a criminal bench trial judge. Prior to his appointment to the bench in 2011, Judge Bergin’s private practice included handling complex civil litigation matters, including bad faith insurance lawsuits, wrongful death, product liability, and construction defects matters.
Judge Bergin graduated from the University of Arizona with B.S in Business Administration and earned a J.D from the University of Arizona College of Law, graduating with honors.
