FEE PAYMENT POLICY
All fees must be paid one week prior to the start date of the class. You may pay for only one class at a time. Fees must be submitted with the completed ICM Payment Form. Please remember to include on the check the name of participant and class. You will receive a receipt on the first day of class. If you need an agenda for the class, please log-in and go to the calendar, click on the class, click on agenda. Checks should be payable to: Arizona Supreme Court.
If paying with a purchase requisition, please forward a copy to Julee Bruno, 602-307-1283 (fax) or email@example.com. AOC employees will not receive a receipt for a purchase requisition.
Fees are paid for ICM classes only. There are no fees associated with the Arizona Plus classes. All fees are due one week prior to the start date unless special arrangements have been made with Education Services. Once fees are paid, they may be credited for the following reasons:
- Class cancellation one week or more prior to start date
- Emergency related cancellation.
- Work related emergency.
Fees may be held after a cancellation and applied to the next class with permission of Education Services. Please contact Julee Bruno, firstname.lastname@example.org, to make arrangements.
Refunds will be given only if participant leaves the court or court system. Refund will be issued by check to the original payor.
