The following action items are to be completed by ALL courts.
  • Order new bond cards effective 9/19/07
  • Update bail/bond amounts (for charge records with date range of 9/19/07 – 12/30/2099)
  • Update base fine amounts in penalty schedule if necessary (for charge records with date range of 9/19/07 – 12/30/2099)
  • Click on the appropriate link below to locate your court’s spreadsheet of current charges with a bond amount attached. Formulas have been inserted in columns F–I to assist with the calculation from 80% to 84% surcharge. These calculations are based on the current bond amount for that charge. Formulas may need to be adjusted for courts that assess court enhancement fees. These spreadsheets are provided as a courtesy to assist with the process and are not meant to imply your new bail/bond amounts.
