Uniform Conditions of Supervised Probation
The Uniform Conditions of Supervised Probation incorporating Evidence-Based Principles became effective January 1, 2011. The conditions are organized into specific categories and are less directive or authoritative and provide a more collaborative or contractual approach:
• The deletion of “it is ordered” from the first sentence |
• The addition of “I will” throughout the document |
• A change in the receipt and acknowledgement verbiage |
