Pursuant to the Administrative Order No. 2014-51, as of September 15, 2014, all reporting firms providing services regulated pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-4001 et.seq. or ACJA § 7-206 must be registered with the Certification and Licensing Division in accordance with the provisions of ACJA § 7-206(N).
As required by ACJA § 7-206, all certified reporters having a relationship with a reporting firm must verify the firm is registered. For a list of Registered Reporting Firms,

Registered reporting firms initially registered in 2015 will expire on January 31, 2021.Firms wishing to renew and who have not already submitted a paper renewal form with payment may now renew on-line. A designated contact for the registered firm may visit the Arizona Judicial Branch Certification & Licensing Portal at https://azcourts.force.com/cldlicensing/s/ to register for portal access.For those individuals who do not currently hold a certification as an individual certified reporter, who wish to create an account to renew an existing certified reporting firm, the default code of 999999999 may be used in the SSN field.Once registered in the system, contact the Division to obtain access to the certified reporting firm account.On-line renewal must be completed on or before January 31, 2021 in order to maintain status as a registered reporting firm.
