2026 Meeting Schedule
All meetings to be held at the Arizona Supreme Court:

To ensure compliance with the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 1-202 regarding public meetings, the meeting agenda, materials, and remote attendance information will be provided below at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
The “Call to the Public” portion of the agenda is provided for public comment. If you would like to address the Committee, send the following information to [email protected]:

The Chair will call the name of each person when it is time to speak. Each public comment is limited to 3-5 minutes.

There is public parking west of the court between Adams and Jefferson Streets. Visitor parking at the State Courts Building is limited to two (2) hours. All visitors must go through security first, located at the 2nd floor entrance to the State Courts Building facing the corner of Jefferson and 15th Avenue.
For any item listed on the agenda, the Committee may vote to go into Executive Session for advice of counsel (under ACJA Sec. 1-202(C)(2)(c)) or for discussion or consideration of records or matters made confidential or privileged by statute, court rule, or the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration (under ACJA Sec. 1-202(C)(2)(b)).
