Private Process Server Program

The Private Process Server Program governs the certification of private process servers in Arizona. Applications, renewals, and discipline are processed through the Clerk of the Superior Court's office in the process server's county of residency. To be eligible to act as a private process server in Arizona, applicants must be certified and comply with the requirements of the Arizona Revised Statutes, the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Orders, and the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration.

Process servers are responsible for knowing and following the provisions of the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 7-204.

For complaints against private process servers, click the "Forms" tile below, then click "Complaint Form" and follow the instructions.
