Committee on Superior Court
The Committee on Superior Court (COSC) was established by ACJA § 1-105 as a standing committee of the Arizona Judicial Council (AJC). Among the charges of the committee are:
  • Policy development and implementation to improve the quality of justice, access to the courts and efficiency in court operations
  • Superior Court need assessments and operational studies
  • Future planning and development
  • Recommendations for uniform administrative policies and procedures to improve judicial administration.
