Bench Bar Survey


Appellate Bench/Bar Survey
The Appellate Bench/Bar Survey is conducted biennially and is administered to all attorneys who have had a written opinion or memo decision from any of the three Arizona Appellate Courts within the prior fiscal year. The survey is also administered to attorneys within the appellate section of the State Bar and all Superior Court Judges and Commissioners. The survey largely seeks feedback in the following areas: judicial review and management of cases; the Supreme Court rule-making process; and the Supreme Court’s oversight of the administrative functions of the Arizona trial court system.
