Training

Rule 10 of the Arizona Rules of Probate Procedure requires training for individuals involved in probate matters, including non-licensed fiduciaries, court investigators, judges, and attorneys serving as appointed counsel or as guardians ad litem for a proposed adult ward or adult protected person. The mandatory training requirements and approved curriculum for each group can be found in Administrative Order No. 2012-62. Click on the tiles below for training information.

NOTE: Someone who serves as either a guardian, personal representative or conservator is called a "non-licensed fiduciary."
