On June 24, 2022, the Court opened this petition for public comment, with comments due no later than October 3, 2022, and any reply due no later than October 17, 2022. The Court will decide whether to adopt the new rule and these amendments to the rules and Appendix A on a permanent basis at its December 2022 Rules Agenda. |
