R-22-0027 Following the August 2022 Rules Agenda, the Court entered an order amending on an emergency basis Rules 7, 11, and Appendix A (Residential Eviction Information Sheet) of the Rules of Procedure for Eviction Actions, and adopting on an emergency basis a new Rule 20 of the same rules, to conform to statutory changes enacted by HB 2484 and HB 2485.  On June 24, 2022, the Court opened this petition for public comment, with comments due no later than October 3, 2022, and any reply due no later than October 17, 2022.  The Court will decide whether to adopt the new rule and these amendments to the rules and Appendix A on a permanent basis at its December 2022 Rules Agenda.
