Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct is comprised of 11 members who serve staggered six year terms. The members are appointed from various groups so that a broad range of knowledge and experience may be brought to bear on problems relating to judicial conduct and ethics. The Commission on Judicial Conduct is an independent agency that investigates complaints against state and local judges involving violations of the Code of Judicial Conduct.

The Commission on Judicial Performance Review has the duty of providing meaningful and accurate information about the performance of Arizona's judges to the public for use in reaching decisions regarding retention of judges.

Certification and Licensing Division Complaint Form. This complaint form is to be used for reporting alleged misconduct involving Confidential Intermediaries (adoption reunification specialists), Certified Reporters (i.e. stenographic or voice writers), Legal Document Preparers (independent paralegals), Fiduciaries, or Defensive Driving School and Instructors. The Certification and Licensing Division does not accept anonymous complaints.

The Discipline Department of the State Bar of Arizona has an Attorney/Consumer Assistance Program (A/CAP) that may be able to help you if you are having a dispute with your attorney.
