    COMMENTS ON THIS PETITION ARE NOT CURRENTLY BEING ACCEPTED.

    Would amend Rules 11 and 26, Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, concerning disclosure/discovery specific to parties to contracts and also make mandatory certain court sanctions.
