    This proposal is presented to codify Administrative Order No. 2019-115, Establishment of the Family Court Improvement Committee and Appointment of Members.

    The proposal:
    • Changes the name of the committee to Committee on Family Court making it consistent with the other Arizona Judicial Council standing committees e.g., Committee on Superior Court and Committee on Juvenile Court.
    • Identifies the types of professions and representatives to be included in membership.
    • Formalizes the Rules for Conducting Business adopted by the Committee.
