Statewide Standard Violation Code Table

The Arizona Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), Arizona Criminal Justice Commission (ACJC), Arizona Prosecuting Attorneys Advisory Council (APAAC), Judicial Officers and the Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) worked together to deliver and maintain a standard table of citable violation codes for use in Arizona.  This table is provided below for reference or download.  Also, review the "Webpage Layout & Code Table Guide" for information on how to use the table.

Violation Request Form

Please complete the Violation Request Form below to request to add, modify, or remove a violation from the Current Violation Code table. All requests will be reviewed by the workgroup for approval, and such requests will be added to the table by the AOC at the next quarterly update.
