Task Force on Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona

The Task Force on Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona ("SCR") was established by Administrative Order No. 2025-89. The Order directs the Task Force to review and revise these rules pursuant to conventions used in previous rule restyling projects. The Task Force may also propose limited substantive changes, as specified in the Order. The Task Force will file a rule petition proposing its revisions and amendments to the Supreme Court Rules no later than January 10, 2027.
