Courtesy Extension – Defensive Driving 2025–2027 Renewal Cycle:
Due to a technical issue, certificate holders were not properly notified when the Defensive Driving 2025–2027 renewal cycle portal opened. As a courtesy, the Division will extend the late fee deadline. The late fee was originally scheduled to begin on October 1, 2025, but will now begin on October 11, 2025. Renewals submitted through October 10, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. will not be charged a late fee. Please be aware that beginning October 11, 2025, the late fee will apply.

Background Information only if applicant answers yes to background section questions
Policies and Procedures only if changes
Curriculum Content only if changes
Third Party Contracts only if changes
Bank Statement for School’s Trust Account for past 3 months
Proof of Surety Bond
Proof of General Liability Insurance
School Member Applications for each officer, director, partner, member, manager or owner.
