Parent Education Program
Arizona law requires all parents of minor children involved in a court case for dissolution, legal separation, or the establishment of paternity, legal decision-making, parenting time, and/or child support to participate in the Parent Education Program. This program is designed to educate parents about how divorce, restructuring of families, and participation in the judicial system will impact their children.
The Arizona Supreme Court has established the minimum standards for this program; however, the programs vary from county to county. To find county-specific information about this program, click on the Parent Education Program button for the county where your case is being heard.
