Law libraries and self-help centers are designed to provide information and forms for persons representing themselves in court. ✔ Court forms and self-help tools/guides ✔ Research resources (online law reviews, catalog) and research guides ✔ Legal research (specific case or area of law), resources, bibliographies LAW LIBRARIES	Superior Court Clerks receive filings from individuals for superior court actions and provide filing information and instructions. ✔ Issue and record marriage licenses ✔ Process passport applications ✔ Document address changes ✔ Handle family court, juvenile, adoption cases SUPERIOR COURT CLERKS	Tools are available to find a specific courthouse/office, address, phone number, and website information.
