Superior Court Pending Cases

The interactive dashboards provide the number of Superior Court pending cases at end of the month for selected periods. They are reported by case category and case type. Subtypes are reported separately for criminal, civil and domestic relation cases. The first two dashboards report the percent distribution of case categories and pending cases with an active and inactive status. Active pending cases are those available and awaiting for disposition, whereas those with an inactive status are pending cases in which court cannot take any further action until the cases have been reactivated.
