Opposition to request to Amend Rule 44, Rules of Procedure For the Juvenile Court. The current Rule provides for timely disclosure, thus no change is necessary.

The petition for change should be denied. The current rules of disclosure adequately protect all parties, any change would deprive the public of adequate protection.
