    The Proposed modifications to ACJA 7-203 Confidential Intermediary adds definitions for "adoption triad" and "qualified individual," clarifies initial and renewal certification requirements, and simplifies continuing education requirements. The proposed modifications also clean up the code through the removal of repetitive or irrelevant sections and language and rephrases portions in plain English. The proposed changes are attached.
