    Proposed modifications to ACJA 7-203: Confidential Intermediary. Modifications would reduce the number of Confidential Intermediary Board members, transition to an annual renewal certification period, and clarify and restyle the ACJA section. A statement and the proposed changes are attached.
    Comment deadline is April 25, 2022.
