    Request to amend Superior Court Local Rules - Maricopa County

    Would amend Maricopa County local court rules to rescind extraneous provisions, restyle, conform to statewide rules, and set procedures for complex civil actions.

    IT IS ORDERED comments must be submitted on or before July 22, 2019.

    IT IS ORDERED that the Local Rules, Maricopa County Superior Court, be amended in accordance with the attachment hereto, effective January 1, 2020.
